Introductory call to discuss your background, the role, the company and basic technical skills
Stage 4

Leadership Screen

60 minute technical conversation with the hiring manager and our Head of Engineering,  focused on your experience, projects, and alignment with the team’s needs.
Stage 5

Technical Interview

60 minute in person technical assessment with two of our Engineering Team Leads covering algorithms, system design, or code walkthroughs largely based on your take home assignment
Stage 6

Executive Interview

30 minute high-level discussion with one of our Founders and a Product Manager to assess your ways of working, what you can add to Driva's culture and your alignment with company vision and values. This is also a chance for you to ask any final questions to see if you feel aligned to Driva!
